Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end administration and configuration of Salesforce across complex CRM and PRM projects
  • Design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices, with a primary focus on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
  • Translate business requirements into functional solutions through configuration, customization, or integration with external systems
  • Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules to ensure robust data security and access control
  • Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflow rules, Process Builder flows, and Lightning pages
  • Install and configure managed packages from Salesforce AppExchange and integrate third-party applications as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver incremental improvements and releases
  • Drive business analysis and documentation, including use cases, process maps, requirements, test plans, and change management strategies
  • Create and maintain high-impact dashboards and reports in Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM to enable data-driven decision-making
  • Provide guidance on platform security, governance, and compliance controls
  • Support UAT, training, and adoption efforts across business stakeholders

 

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Analyst, with proven leadership on enterprise-level CRM/PRM initiatives
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture and capabilities, especially Sales Cloud
  • Experience working with complex datasets and Salesforce data tools
  • Prior involvement in full SDLC projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Working knowledge of project documentation and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification.
